How We Protect Your Account and Information

Account Verification

When you open your account, we collect your identity details and verify them against records. Every withdrawal request triggers a re-check of your identity to prevent fraud. This step protects both your account and our payment partners' systems.

Payment Security

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We never store your payment credentials; each deposit is routed through our payment partner's secure gateway. Withdrawal confirmations are sent to your registered phone number.

Cookie and Tracking

If your account violates our Terms — for example, using someone else's identity, attempting fraud, or abusing a payment method — we'll freeze your account and deny any pending withdrawal. We'll notify you of the violation and the reason. Serious breaches may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Yes. If a deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS didn't reach your account, or a withdrawal was declined, contact support with your transaction ID and screenshot. You're allowed one active account per person. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity or different identities to circumvent our terms will result in closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any balance. We use device fingerprinting and identity verification to detect duplicates.

You do not own any games, accounts or virtual currency. When you play, you're accessing our licensed game library on a limited, non-transferable basis. Your account and all activity on it are bosdomino's property. This applies to all game types, including slots, live tables and sportsbook markets.
